These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aurum Health platform, including our website, member dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Aurum Health, Inc. is a technology platform and Management Services Organization (MSO). We provide technology infrastructure, AI-assisted health optimization tools, member support, and administrative services.
Aurum Health is not a medical practice and does not provide medical services directly. All clinical services — including physician consultations, lab order authorization, diagnostic interpretation, and prescription issuance — are provided by licensed physicians through an independent physician network.
Free Aurum profile. You may create a free Aurum profile without purchasing a membership. A free profile lets you upload laboratory results you already have, view them in your account, connect supported wearable devices, and use Aris for educational context. A free profile is not a membership. It does not include Aurum-ordered laboratory testing, physician review or care, or prescriptions, and creating one does not establish a relationship with any physician in the independent physician network. You may purchase an Aurum Membership separately.
Membership may be declined at the physician network’s discretion based on clinical criteria.
Aurum Health membership is available on three billing plans: $2,388 per year, billed annually; $1,494 every six months; or $350 per month, billed monthly. No onboarding fee applies to any plan. The CV Specialty Panel is an optional add-on, available with annual billing only, at $999 per year. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Annual membership rate lock: the base annual membership fee is locked for the life of your continuous annual membership — your rate will not increase upon renewal for as long as you remain an active annual member without a lapse in coverage. This rate lock applies only to the base annual membership fee; the CV Specialty Panel add-on and any other optional add-ons remain subject to standard pricing changes with 30 days’ notice.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period.
Annual memberships may be canceled for a full refund at any time before your first lab draw is completed. Once your first draw has been completed, annual membership fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
Six-month memberships renew every six months unless canceled before renewal. A full membership refund is available if you cancel before your initial lab order has been processed and before any non-refundable clinical or diagnostic services have been incurred. Once the initial diagnostic process has begun and Aurum has incurred non-refundable costs (such as laboratory, mobile phlebotomy, authorization, or clinical costs), the current six-month term is non-refundable. Cancellation stops the next six-month renewal.
Your membership includes three lab panels per year. Prescription medication costs are not included in membership; they are billed separately by Aurum.
Aurum Health provides health optimization information and AI-assisted recommendations. All clinical decisions — including diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions — are made exclusively by licensed physicians. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for emergency conditions or acute illness. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
Aris is Aurum Health’s AI clinical intelligence system. Aris analyzes your lab results, wearable data, and intake information to generate personalized health optimization recommendations.
All Aris recommendations that result in a prescription or clinical protocol change are reviewed and approved by a licensed physician before being issued. Aris does not prescribe medications independently. Aris recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
When you use a free Aurum profile, Aris provides general educational information only and does not refer your conversations or results to a physician. Aris may use results you upload and confirm, along with other information in your account, as context.
6A.1 What you may upload. You may upload copies of your own laboratory reports and similar health records (for example, PDF reports from Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, your own physician, or a patient portal). Upload only records about yourself that you are entitled to share.
6A.2 How uploads are processed. Aurum stores each file privately in your account. Aurum uses automated tools, including an artificial-intelligence service operated by a third-party provider, to read results from the file (for example, test names, values, units, reference ranges and collection dates). Automated extraction can make mistakes.
6A.3 Your review and confirmation. Extracted results are shown to you for review before they are added to your record. Only results you confirm are added. You are responsible for checking confirmed values against your original report. Aurum does not verify that uploaded results are accurate, complete or current, and does not independently confirm the laboratory, specimen or patient they relate to.
6A.4 How uploaded results are used. Confirmed uploaded results may be displayed in your account and used by Aris as context, including comparisons over time. Uploaded results:
6A.5 Not for emergencies. Uploading a result does not mean anyone is monitoring it. If you have symptoms or results that concern you, contact your own clinician. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
6A.6 Deleting uploads. You may delete an uploaded file and the results it added to your account at any time. Deletion removes the file and extracted results from your account and Aurum’s active systems. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups expire or are overwritten through Aurum’s normal backup lifecycle. Information incorporated into a medical record created through the independent physician network may remain subject to that network’s applicable record-retention requirements.
Aurum Health’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Aurum Health be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
All Platform content — including software, AI models, clinical knowledge bases, protocols, algorithms, and interface designs — is the proprietary property of Aurum Health, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal health optimization purposes only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions are not permitted.
Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
