Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

EMERGENCY NOTICE: Aurum Health is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aurum Health platform, including our website, member dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Aurum Health, Inc. is a technology platform and Management Services Organization (MSO). We provide technology infrastructure, AI-assisted health optimization tools, member support, and administrative services.

Aurum Health is not a medical practice and does not provide medical services directly. All clinical services — including physician consultations, lab order authorization, diagnostic interpretation, and prescription issuance — are provided by licensed physicians through an independent physician network.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be physically located in the United States
  • Must complete the clinical intake process and be accepted for membership
  • Must not have any condition that contraindicates our services, as determined by the physician network

Membership may be declined at the physician network’s discretion based on clinical criteria.

3. Subscription and Billing

Membership Fee

The base Aurum Health membership is $199 per month, billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Founding members who locked in a rate at enrollment are grandfathered at that rate for the duration of continuous membership.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period.

Lab and Medication Costs

Quarterly lab panel costs and prescription medication costs are billed separately and are disclosed at the time of ordering.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Aurum Health provides health optimization information and AI-assisted recommendations. All clinical decisions — including diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions — are made exclusively by licensed physicians. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for emergency conditions or acute illness. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

5. AI Disclaimer (Aris)

Aris is Aurum Health’s AI clinical intelligence system. Aris analyzes your lab results, wearable data, and intake information to generate personalized health optimization recommendations.

All Aris recommendations that result in a prescription or clinical protocol change are reviewed and approved by a licensed physician before being issued. Aris does not prescribe medications independently. Aris recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

6. Member Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete health history during intake and throughout membership
  • Notify us immediately of significant changes in health status, new diagnoses, or new medications
  • Complete required lab draws within specified timeframes
  • Follow physician guidance regarding medication use, dosing, and contraindications
  • Keep contact and payment information current
  • Do not share account access with any other person

7. Limitation of Liability

Aurum Health’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Aurum Health be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including software, AI models, clinical knowledge bases, protocols, algorithms, and interface designs — is the proprietary property of Aurum Health, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal health optimization purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions are not permitted.
